Personalised items are only eligible for return or exchange if they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
If your product arrives defective, damaged, or with a personalisation error by us, please email hello@dreamteamsbooks.com within 7 days of receipt.
To request a refund or replacement, contact us within 7 days with your order details and photos of the issue. We will process your request within 5–7 business days.
Cancellation requests should be submitted within 24 hours. We cannot guarantee cancellation after this timeframe, as the order may already be in production.
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and issued to your original payment method.
We cover return shipping for products that are defective or incorrect due to our error. Otherwise, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
