01. Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take to receive my order within the UK?

Please allow up to 7 business days from the time of your order to produce and dispatch. Once your personalised book has been printed, it will be dispatched, and delivery usually takes 2-3 business days via standard shipping. 

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! International shipping times and costs vary depending on your location. Below is a general guide to expected delivery times:

  • Europe: 1–2 weeks from the date of order.
  • USA & Canada: 2–3 weeks from the date of order.
  • Australia & New Zealand: 2–4 weeks from the date of order.
  • Rest of the World: 2–4 weeks from the date of order.

Please note that shipping times may be affected by customs clearance and local postal services in your country.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We offer competitive rates and strive to provide the best shipping options for our customers.

Will I have to pay customs or import duties?

For international orders, customs or import duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in our shipping fees and must be paid by the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

Can I track my order?

Yes, we provide tracking for most orders. You will receive an email with tracking information once your book has been shipped, so you can follow your order’s journey to your doorstep.

What if my order is delayed?

While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated time frames, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as postal service delays or customs processing. If your order has not arrived within the expected time, please contact our customer service team, and we will assist you.

02. Returns & Refunds

Can I return or exchange my personalised product


Since many of our items are personalised and made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged. We strongly encourage you to review all personalisation details carefully before placing your order, as changes cannot be made once the order has been processed.

 

What if there’s a problem with my order?


If your book arrives damaged, defective, or if there is an error in the personalization due to a mistake on our part, we will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund. Please contact us at
hello@dreamteamsbooks.com within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and a description of the issue, along with photos of the damage or defect, so we can resolve the matter quickly.

How do I request a refund or replacement?

To request a refund or replacement for a damaged or defective item, follow these steps:

  • Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or incorrect item.

  • Once we review your request, we will arrange a replacement or process your refund within 5–7 business days.

 

Can I cancel my order after placing it?


All orders are automatically sent directly to the printers, so we cannot guarantee we can cancel an order – please contact us as soon as possible on
hello@dreamteamsbooks.com and we will do our best to catch it before printing. After 24hrs the order will be in production and cannot be cancelled.

 

How long does it take to process a refund?


Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund and credit it to your account.

 

Who pays for return shipping?


If the item is being returned due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. In other cases where a return is accepted, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.

At this time, we only accept one payment method per order. Please choose the option that best suits you during checkout.

 

Do you offer payment plans or instalment options?


Currently, we do not offer payment plans or instalment options. The full amount must be paid upfront at the time of purchase.

 

What currencies do you accept?


We accept payments in British Pounds (GBP). If you are purchasing from outside the UK, your payment provider may automatically convert your currency to GBP based on the current exchange rate.

 

What should I do if my payment is declined?
